Derick (sales) and Justo (Finance) were professional, friendly, patient, and very helpful. At a time when virtually no suv's were available to buy Derick stuck with me and stayed active until an opportun friendly, patient, and very helpful. At a time when virtually no suv's were available to buy Derick stuck with me and stayed active until an opportunity popped up. He contacted me immediately and I ended up with the exact vehicle I was looking for. Justo is very good at what he does and made the usually painful process of handling the financing as efficient as possible. Hated to have to pay full sticker but the shortage of vehicles made that inevitable -and the fact Ed Martin is not charging add on fees to the sticker price is much appreciated and was a factor in my decision to buy from a dealer 100 miles away rather than my local dealer who is using the opportunity to gauge. Good staff, good dealership. More

We weren't actually planning to buy a car right yet.... But Neal was great to work with, very knowledgeable in fact probably the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. He showed us all the features of the car which was also a first and made the process painless for the most part (always hate the signing of two books of papers). The car was is better than we had expected and he keep in contact through the whole process. Jason in Finance was also great to work with made paperwork easy and worked with us on our questions and strived to get us the best rates which we feel he did. More
