Neal was very helpful from the start! I told him what kind of car I was looking for and my budget, and he knew exactly what to show me. I fell in love with the first car he suggested, he was super accommodating when I had to resolve a few things before purchasing the car, and even found a phone charger for me to use while I was there. Jason was super helpful as well in the finalization process and I felt like they really wanted me to leave with the best deal they could give me! Very happy to have purchased my first car from this place, and will definitely be returning when it’s time for the next one :) More

I called Ed Martin Toyota and was routed to Stephany. We began discussing Sienna's that were on their lot (very few). I called and set up a time to come drive a Certified 2018 Sienna SE with 34k miles. Righ began discussing Sienna's that were on their lot (very few). I called and set up a time to come drive a Certified 2018 Sienna SE with 34k miles. Right after my call another person called to inquire as well. Stephany told them someone else was interested and that if I didn't purchase the vehicle she would call them back. She essentially allowed me to have the rights of first refusal, which I very much appreciated and respected. Having had other dealerships where I've told sales person and sales manager "I want to buy this vehicle when it's through service", only to have them try to get me into a bidding war with another interested party (I refuse to play that game), I had a ton of respect for how Stephany treated me. I'm sure I didn't get a great deal due to the microchip shortages currently hitting every aspect of commerce, but I am pleased with the purchase nonetheless. One thing to note, I signed paperwork with Justo and overall found him to be enjoyable to speak with. It got a bit hairy at a few points though. I listened to pitch about extended warranties but told him I was not interested in any of those things. Keep in mind, this is a 2018 Certified Sienna with 34k miles. He pushed back on my objections even though I had already exhibited a fair bit of knowledge about vehicles and told him that I work in finance. I told him I still was not interested in any of those things, and he pushed back again, pulling out some laminated sketch of a vehicle with yellow colored lines supposedly depicting all of the various systems on a vehicle that could go wrong. That about put me over the edge, but I told him I would not be purchasing any of those warranties. He finally listened but I did not appreciate that at all. I financed a portion of this vehicle and told Stephany that I bank with Teachers Credit Union, and they were able to get me a good rate through TCU, so I told her I would like to take out the loan through TCU. Maybe that was not communicated to Justo, but either way he wanted me to use one of his banks (5/3 Bank). I suspect they get a large commission based on volume for herding customers to various financial institutions. I told him I had already agreed with Stephany that I was going to use TCU. He pushed back that he had a better rate with 5/3. I asked how much better and he said .06%. Folks that is a rounding error at most on an auto loan. We are talking $42 over a standard 5 year auto loan. I told him I would only have the loan for a year and wanted to use TCU, at which point he again said he had 40 other banks to look at. I told him to process the loan through TCU because that's where I bank and that is what we are going to do. He finally got the picture but that whole charade with being pushy about extended warranties and what bank he wanted me to use (under the guise of saving me money), and not listening to another person who actually understands finance was completely unacceptable. I understand sales, but he majorly failed to read the room. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase and with Ed Martin as a whole. More
Very organized and helpful. The sales representative and loan department helped me get a new car and appraised existing car that I gave them. It was crucial for me to buy a new reliable vehicle, and I got loan department helped me get a new car and appraised existing car that I gave them. It was crucial for me to buy a new reliable vehicle, and I got a beautiful Toyota Corolla Hybrid 2021, with impressive mileage and all features that are important to me. I had other experiences with Ed Martin dealership in the past when servicing my older car, and staff was helpful at that time as well. This time, sales representative, finance dept., and parts dept. were articulate and to the point about details I needed to know. I was given important gap and warranty coverage and good interest rate on a vehicle. Mohamed, sales consultant, assisted in returning items from my older Corolla to me that I forgot to remove. He also provided important details about transaction and new vehicle features I needed to know. The dealership, in general, seems to be very busy, and yet they operate in a very coordinated and expedient fashion. Parts department helped me with the pricing and breakdown of payment for the spare tire and jack to put in the trunk; Stephanie helped with recommendations to provide lien release to them for older car. Buying my car was stress-free experience, and I must thank all people that made my dream of owning a new vehicle, a reality. More
This is kind of a strange time to buy a car, with some dealers acting like they know as soon as you leave, a new customer or two will take your place. I never felt like that with C.P. or anyone else at Ed dealers acting like they know as soon as you leave, a new customer or two will take your place. I never felt like that with C.P. or anyone else at Ed Martin Toyota. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Most importantly, C.P. was polite, easy to work with, and seemed genuinely interested in my business (and grateful after he made the sale). More
