I had no time to do a lot of my own research so on the advice of some friends (all Toyota owners and lovers) I paid Ed Martin Toyota a visit. I was helped by a very nice, knowledgeable laid back (not pushy) gentleman by the name of MARC BROWN. What he didn’t realize is that I was putting all my faith and trust in him to help me find the perfect car at the payments I could afford. (Two kids in college and a daughter getting married in a year. Marc took the time to listen to my wants and needs and then suggested I test drive the brand new C-HR. I did, but wasn’t sure due to it being a new car for Toyota and the size of it since it was considered an SUV and the size of the vehicle seemed a bit small for an SUV. Long story short, I took a leap of faith with what Marc had determine from my wants and needs to be perfect for me and leased the C-HR. And I might add, he was literally able to keep my payments right on the dot of where I needed them to be. Fast forward three years...I had fallen in car love over the C-HR. It became humorous as everywhere I went, I would literally have strangers chase me down to admire the car and to ask details about it. My lease was up and I was sad as I had gotten attached to my car and the awesome memories over the past 3 years. I immediately contact MARC BROWN and asked for his advice whether to buy the lease out or purchase/lease another. I trusted him and his opinion and advice. After running numbers and considering the great warranty options I carried with the lease, it seemed logical to upgrade and lease a 2021 C-HR. However, Marc had moved into a different position so after the initial conversations he had to hand me over to a new sales rep. It made me nervous to be handed over to a new person. Marc had taken such good care of me, I wasn’t sure if anyone else could/would do the same. I worried for nothing!! My sales person CP PATEL pick right up and made the transition just as easy and smooth as 3 years ago. CP was knowledgeable, personable and genuinely excited to help me with my new lease. It was a pleasure to sit with him and go over information about my new vehicle. We conversed about things outside the purchase of my new vehicle. So nice and relaxing. I also found it very refreshing to hear him speak very highly of Marc the same as Marc did of him. That also applies to the finance manager JUSTO RODRIGUZ. They honestly all spoke very highly of one another. I felt a genuine comradely and friendship with them sharing the same goal...to help to make sure they took care of the customer. MARC and CP would peek in once in awhile during the financing part to see if we needed anything. CP must have prepared the paperwork exactly as need as the paperwork signing (which is usually agonizing for me) went quickly and smoothly. JUSTO went over different warranty options with absolutely no pressure. I explained how I drive my car and what I tend to be a bit rough with and he laid out all the options for me to mix and match until I came up with a package that best suits my needs. JUSTO was very patient, knowledgeable and personable. He even gave some good Netflix series advice. 😉 All in all I would give Ed Martin Toyota and the awesome team I worked with today a five plus plus rating. As I left the dealership today, I told them I enjoyed the atmosphere so much that It must be a blessing to work there. I WILL be back and I will HIGHLY recommend Ed Martin Toyota and team Marc, CP and JUSTO. Also, a big shoutout to Ally Billingsly (sales) for going above and beyond to help out her teammates! I live out of state and was inquiring about a vehicle so I had some questions and Neal was very quick to respond to them all and sent me a video to go over details of the vehicle. Neal held the vehicle unti I had some questions and Neal was very quick to respond to them all and sent me a video to go over details of the vehicle. It was great to meet Neal, easy to talk to, great personality, no pressure and took care of my requests. I feel that Sam in the new car sales was good at his job and attentive our needs. When push came to shove of course he was not the final say in the bargaining process.
