I'd say her proficient expedience sealed our deal, as I was considering several comparable vehicles in the region. Fortunately, the vehicle was nicely detailed for delivery and exactly as we had discussed, no surprises. Also, it's unfortunate that the F&I Department often gets left out of these reviews, as they can make or break the sales/purchasing experience. Sam did a nice job presenting his end of the transaction while moving through the paperwork process efficiently, and wasn't overly pushy with aftermarket options and additional warranty sales. Overall, everything went very smoothly and I would definitely consider purchasing from this team again. More
