My husband and I had a GREAT experience at Ed Martin Toyota. I also had done a little research first, but once I sat in my potential new vehicle, everything flew out of my head because I was so overwhelmed with HAVING A NEW CAR (WHOOHOO!). No worries as Sam gave us a thorough run through of the vehicle and the differences between the models and the hybrid vs all gas. I felt very comfortable with our decision to buy a Highlander Limited Hybrid. It did take us several hours to get through the process, so you need to plan ahead for a time commitment, but I was expecting that so I wasn't stressed. Everyone stayed until we were finished, well after close of business. Everything was clearly explained by Sam, our Finance Manager, and I hate to admit...but even signing the loan paperwork was pretty neat because it's all done on a desk pad screen. So cool!! I felt comfortable with their Covid procedures and everyone was very diligent with mask usage and sanitizer. Who knew we'd have to include this in a review?! These are just some of reasons why Ed Martin is a great company to do business with, but I would personally recommend Sam Martin and the Ed Martin family of dealerships (Toyota, especially!) over anyone else; and this comes from a long time Lexus owner!
