Darnell was the best. From the second we walked in, he made us feel welcome. He had a great personality and made us laugh a lot. I felt like he really cared about putting us in the car that we wanted. He made us feel welcome. He had a great personality and made us laugh a lot. I really, really appreciated how he took the time and showed us the features on the car and how they worked. I can’t say enough how much he CARED and made us feel special. We’d been to a couple of other dealerships looking at the same car, but the service was not the same so we refused to give those other dealerships our money. One was even 40 minutes closer to where we lived. Darnell made us fell like we were his friends and it made a world of difference. Many years ago our daughter bought her first car from an Ed Martin Dealership (not Darnell that time). That experience was also wonderful. In comparison to other dealerships I’ve been to, the employees at this dealership actually looked happy which rubbed off on to the customers. The thing we liked best about Darnell besides his personality was he seemed genuine. You normally don’t associate that characteristic with a dealer, but he just seemed so trustworthy. I love my car. Thank you Darnell for getting us in the car we wanted for the price we wanted and taking the time to help us with the settings on our new car. Driving out to Noblesville was well worth the drive Bryce took care of the financing part. It was smooth and easy. He was great to work with and he took good care of us. He explained everything and made some good recommendations. Very pleasant person. Lastly, a manager named Markiss came over and treated us at Darnell’s desk when Darnell walked away. As he approached, we thought oh no, here comes some guy trying to come in and haggle us. Nope. That wasn’t it at all. He came over with great things to say about Darnell and ask how we were doing and if we needed a beverage. That was so nice. More
