They did the impossible!! We had a challenge. I had told 2 other dealerships the situation and they just said we CAN'T help (even though we had a 720+ credit score)! I saw Deb We had a challenge. Even before our credit was entered the customer service was impressive and conversation, pleasant. It was getting late and we were getting anxious. Marc ran the credit through several lenders and matched us with 2. One needed more paperwork than we were able to provide at the time. Marc went out of his way to make a call on Memorial Day.
