When I had all the paperwork signed and ready to leave with our car, I had to wait a few minutes longer on Steve because he was sitting with another customer. All we needed was a plate to be added and our keys. Perhaps you have someone designated to the "hand-off" of the car who can walk through the details of the car and get us on our way instead of waiting on our sales person who may be busy helping someone else. Would certainly recommend the dealership and buy again. Just sharing some thoughts. More
