We had a good experience purchasing our car!!! We knew we wanted a Sienna, and we knew the features that we wanted. Ed Martin was the second dealer that we went too, but Mohamed was the one that We knew we wanted a Sienna, and we knew the features that we wanted. Ed Martin was the second dealer that we went too, but Mohamed was the one that shed light on why we weren't finding the combination of features we were looking for. The other dealer was not as helpful. Mohamed was personable, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. We didn't buy the car that night. We needed to look at more cars, but we never felt rushed. I would recommend him to others. We collaborated through text and he was responsive each time. The only constructive feedback I would have for Mohamed is to ask future buyers if they would like him to ride in the car when they test drive the car. Not everyone would like this, but I found it to be really helpful at the Honda dealer, and think it would be good for him to at least ask. Thank you Mohamed for a great experience! More

Being a 4Runner lover since its inception, I was skeptical I could find and accessorize a new one that would exceed the experience buying my 2004 4Runner so long ago. John and the crew at Ed Martin were willing to not only meet a competitor's price, but go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the buying experience. John handled my vehicle customization requests with professionalism, seeking out detailed answers to my questions, and providing me the info I needed to make informed decisions. Most notably, I appreciated the no-pressure approach to the purchase. My wife and I were treated as humans throughout the process - never coerced into committing to anything until we were comfortable with the price and vehicle we would receive in return. This last element is a rarity these days, and will keep me coming back for any future vehicles we may be seeking in the future. More

We agreed to a great price and did not feel pressure along the way. After deciding to purchase I then asked for a quote on purchasing my vehicle. They were very competitive on what was offered. Congrats to their dealership for making this an exceptional experience and gaining a new customer. After my purchase, I referred another car shopper to their dealership.
