But they were having a deal on certified used cars for an interest rate of 1.9%. I was approved. Everyone in the office we worked with was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. The dealership has a wonderful waiting area with a variety of snacks and drinks while you wait. I highly recommend working with Brenda as your sales associate! John was our guy in Finance and he was just as knowledgeable and friendly. He was very detailed while he informed us of our warranty options and was helpful in making sure I understood it all! More

Awesome car buying experience Mohamed was awesome to work with he was super patient, and very knowledgeable. He helped us to test drive several vehicles to ensure we were getting Mohamed was awesome to work with he was super patient, and very knowledgeable. He helped us to test drive several vehicles to ensure we were getting what we were looking for. We chose a vehicle that had just arrived at the dealership and had not been certified yet. He explained what that process would be like. He even made sure the truck had a new set of tires before I picked it up. While we waited for the truck to be certified he was able to get me a loaner car for the few days I had to wait (2020 Corolla zippy little car!). John the finance guy we worked with was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. As I write this review I’m sitting in the dealership waiting room (which is very nice) while they are addressing the power mirrors that didn’t work when I picked the vehicle up. When I stopped in and let them know about the issue they quickly scheduled a time for me to bring it in to remedy the situation, no hassle at all so they really stand behind the vehicles they sell. Being a Toyota loyalist this is my new dealership, not that you need to replace them very often they are Toyotas after all. More
