Great experience Justo and I had a talk at the beginning of our experience. I told him he was my 5th salesman from 5 different dealerships that I have dealt with in the past year while I was looking for a new vehicle. I had walked off the lots of the past four because of high pressure sales, lies and unscrupulous business practices. Justo was great to work with and honest with what could be done to make the sale. My litmus test for car dealerships is to come back the next day to see how I am treated. All have failed except Justo. He was busy with a customer but took a minute to say hello and exchange some paper work. Still a nice guy...... Trust is the #1 thing for me when buying a vehicle. In over 50+ years of driving and owning 16 different cars, trucks, suv's, Justo is one of a VERY short list salespeople that I plan on calling on for repeat business. More

Darnell won us over. Proud owner of new RAV4 I had a bad experience at another Toyota dealership. Darnell worked with us to make things right. We had a lot of inventory to choose from. As an informed buyer, often times I found this experience a Ben Norman was a great salesperson to deal with which made my buying decision much easier. As an informed buyer, often times I found this experience as harrowing at many dealerships. Though I did my research on what car I needed and the options I had from the inventory, he made the requisite information available to make a meaningful decision with very prompt responses. A differentiated sales person with an eye for detail and good knowledge about the vehicle. Would highly recommend him for a great buying experience. I made my purchase from another state, so I had to be really comfortable with the people that I dealt with before I made my decision to purchase and then travel over 200 miles to take delivery of the vehicle. Manager Eric Sarjeant followed up to ensure I had all the information and clarity I needed to make a good decision. John Hiatt from finance has been of great help in getting the right information for a good finance decision. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle, its features and products available. Though it is their job to sell as much as they can, he provided all the information with no undue pressure to buy anything, leaving the buyer with rationale to make the right decisions. Would highly recommend him if looking to make an informed purchase. It was a great overall buying experience for a big investment, in a very long time!
