Wonderful experience!! The people here are what make Ed Martin so special. Everyone was welcoming and helpful! I love that the person who sold me my new vehicle was a woman. Great sales guy, but pushy finance manager The sales guy I worked with, Chirag Patel, was great. Very friendly and helpful. The finance manager, Sam Smith, was awful. Very pushy trying to get m The sales guy I worked with, Chirag Patel, was great. Very friendly and helpful. The finance manager, Sam Smith, was awful. Very pushy trying to get me to purchase extended warranties, gap coverage, and other add-ons that were expensive. My typical policy is to self-insure and not pay extra for extra insurance and he made me sound like I was making a stupid decision. I did eventually purchase the extended warranty, but only after he dropped the price considerably. He then proceeded to lower my interest rate which only changed my payment by $4 and acted like he was really trying to help me out. I felt belittled. More

They actually made buying a vehicle pleasurable!! I’ve never found buying a car to be any real enjoyment. I had a different experience at Ed Martin. My wife and I came in to look at trucks, Justo Rodr I’ve never found buying a car to be any real enjoyment. I had a different experience at Ed Martin. My wife and I came in to look at trucks, Justo Rodriguez greeted us and immediately made us feel comfortable. There was no beating around the bush, he found me the truck I was interested in and got the ball rolling. Justo was extremely professional and just an overall great guy to be around. He made this fun! We got into financing with Cherish Lohmiller and she also was a real pleasure to be around. She also made this fun! Never thought I would leave a car dealership thinking “I actually had a good time!” but I did have a good time at Ed Martin Toyota! Thanks, guys!! We appreciate it!! More
