I was elated to track down Brenda at Ed Martin, as I would NEVER deal with the previous Sales Manager again! I don't deal well with threats. Don't tell me "if you don't like it, you can take your old car back", especially after it was no longer on the lot! They also pressured me for add on insurance that I honestly didn't even need and it took FIVE unreturned voicemails & a visit, before I could get my money back, after my car was totaled. I am so very thankful for my experience at Ed Martin! I had purchased another vehicle at Ed Martin on Shadeland in 2001 & was impressed with their, no pressure sales. I knew Brenda wouldn't pressure me, follow me around the lot or do ride alongs. I told her what I was interested in & she had every vehicle waiting for me that I wanted to test drive. Dave was also very kind during the paper work process & didn't try to pressure me on things "I knew" I didn't need.
