Fred, my salesman, made the whole experience wonderful – he spoke honestly and thoroughly about the different vehicles I was considering. He gave his opinion but always with the feeling that I wasn’t being pushed into buying less or more than I wanted. Sam in finance walked me through the process of signing all the paperwork and with the same great service. He presented options but I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into a heavy upsell. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and will buy from them again in the future. More

He worked for our sales deal & kept us up to date throughout the process. The phrase “made me feel important” was his style. This is my 5th Toyota & happy we pulled into the Ed Martin dealership.
