I first bought my neice a car from them which was a great experience. I returned to work with them when looking for my mew Highlander. This was the very best car shopping experience I have ever had. I visited many other dealerships without anything near the service I received from Derek at Ed Martin. Derek was very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt in his communications with me. Initially they didn't have the exact vehicle I was looking for but Derek worked hard to find me what I wanted. He knew what he was talking about and was friendly, patient and listened in order to understand what I was after and the budget I was looking to stay in. Im very happy with my new 2018 Limited Platinum Highlander. :) I have since sent several of my co workers to Derick and they have also been super impressed with their car buying experience. More
