John made the car buying process simple, fast, and efficient I found the exact car I was looking for on the dealer website and sent a message inquiring about it. About 10-15 minutes later, I received a phone cal I found the exact car I was looking for on the dealer website and sent a message inquiring about it. About 10-15 minutes later, I received a phone call from John. He answered all my questions quickly and professionally and came back with a great offer with no need to negotiate further. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning to come see the car, which John had dealer prepped and all ready to go. After a short test drive, I was happy with the car and John made the rest of the process quick and painless. Excellent Customer Service We are not new to Toyota, but we decided to look at the inventory selections at other dealers in our area. We choose Ed Martin Toyota due to location We are not new to Toyota, but we decided to look at the inventory selections at other dealers in our area. We choose Ed Martin Toyota due to location and especially their large inventory selection. We were greeted by the salesperson but not with a high pressure sales pitch. We explained out past experiences with our local Toyota Dealership but had decided to look at other dealers with larger inventories. The salesperson was very helpful in explaining our options after we explained why we were looking around. We were allowed to drive the vehicles we were interested in which was very helpful in making our final decision. Pricing/Lease was also a major factor. Our overall experience with Ed Martin Toyota will be the main reason we return in the future when we are looking for other vehicles. More
