First my son took my list of automobile preferences and with Mr. Holmes located the perfect car. Several days later my husband and son and I returned to the dealership. We took a test drive and discussed our thoughts about the vehicle. I appreciated the "no pressure" approach. Then Mr Holmes provided an excellent "tour of the car." He explained and demonstrated the features and instructed me to try them as well. He was clear and easy to understand. As I am not a techy person this was helpful and very important to me.
