A typical experience seems to leave you feeling like a piece of meat rolling through a wolves den. But Ed Martin does it right. Thanks to their laid back feel, and no pressure attitude, we felt like we were really able to make the right choice, rather than be goaded and pressured into a sale. Neal is awesome. The whole process felt more like a casual conversation than a transaction. He was expertly knowledgable and walked us through every step with ease. After finalizing the sale, he even stuck around to help us transfer a rooftop system onto the new vehicle. Signing paperwork is always the worst, but Eddy made it easy. His professional side mixed well with a friendly disposition and made the seemingly endless signatures a breeze. As of today, three different members of my family have purchased vehicles from this dealership. We’ve all dealt with different persons and have nothing but praise to speak of each one. Most importantly he hustles his butt off and demonstrates a sincere commitment to customer satisfaction. Usually my wife ( the negotiator) has to haggle prices between multiple dealerships. Jason and Ed Martin Toyota gave us a fair price for our trade and a great deal on our 2019 Highlander. Again everyone there was very friendly, my salesman, Dale Clifton went out of his way to help me and answer all my questions. The finance guy, John Hiatt, was great as well. In the past I worked with Derek Manis, the general manager at Anderson and Noblesville. Since he retired, I met and worked with Eric Sarjeant who was very helpful and showed me different ways I could go in the lease and also showed me stuff on the car as well. In all, can't go wrong at all with this group!! More
