He seemed genuinely concerned with making sure we got the right car for our needs and helped make our decisions less stressful. When we asked questions that he didn't know the answers to, rather than make up an answer, he found the answer and passed on the correct information. We hope to continue our relationship with he and Matt as we bring our new car in for service over the years and when ready to buy again, that we can deal with them. More

We had been researching and knew we wanted a RAV 4. I contacted 4 dealers from Indy to Ft. Wayne and locally looking for the best deal. Explaining that we needed to get into something sooner rather than later. Not only did Corry Caldwell deliver the exact model we wanted for the best price. His level of customer service, promptness of communication and ability to answer questions and send us info for comparison was so far ahead of the any other dealerships its laughable. When everybody is selling the same thing the one thing that sets you apart is your level of customer service. Corry is in a league of his own. We sold her car at 3pm and he was able to arrange for the car to be delivered to us at home 50 miles away by 7pm! You do not expect the car buying experience to be an amazing one, but this one was. Hats off to him and the culture of Ed Martin's dealerships. More
