I spoke with him while my 2009 RAV4 was being serviced. He listened to me and my needs and especially respected my timing for buying, which was 1-2 months away. I was offered a fair and honest deal for my trade in and my new purchase. Neal followed up with me in a pleasant manner, since my deal was 2 months after our initial meeting. I am confident with Ed Martin dealership and all of the service warranties Toyota offers. My experiences with the Service Department were very positive also, and the facility is modern and high tech. Not only was he pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable, he made the entire process enjoyable. After our test drive (which he let us take by ourselves) we wanted to compare the Highlander with one other SUV at another dealer. Sky let us take the car from his lot to the other dealer to test drive that one. Before we left the parking lot to test drive the other one (with the salesman in tow... directing exactly where we could drive, which was not even on the expressway) I already had made my decision; the Highlander. So, yes, the vehicle "sold itself" but Sky was instrumental in sealing the deal. If you want top-notch customer service, ask for Sky! More
