Good old fashioned honesty and integrity is my experience here at Ed Martin. The Toyota product is something that’s hard to differentiate between dealerships. However, Derek Manis and his team manage to do this by getting in or creating one of a kind special feature cars, and boy are they fun head turners. The simple honest approach in dealing with these folks in buying a car is so stress free and refreshing it’s insane. There’s no smoke and mirrors, say one thing and you get another, it’s just honest, good people treating you well. The brand new facilty in Noblesville is stunning in its simplicity , functionality, and customer focused design. With lots of comfortable seating, an array of lounges for waiting, and complimentary drinks and snacks it’s excellent. If your wanting old, out dated, nasty smelling dealership lounges this isn’t for you. If you want a dealship offering tired up popcorn and old fashioned vending machines this isn’t for you. If you want a dealership with cracked walls and not painted in the last 15 years, defiantly stay clear of this dealership. This dealership is clean, welcoming, and offers a multitude of things that only add to enhance your time there. And while there are other dealerships offering the same product, I challenge you to find one that can offer you great servicing, an array of awesome cars to buy or lease , a great building and location, but most importantly fantastic customer service. The customer service at Ed Martin Toyota is quite simply the best. Nothing is to much trouble, people are super nice, friendly and welcoming. The energy in and around the dealership is great. In my 10+ years of buying cars from these guys, my family and friends have always been made to feel welcome and appreciated. Even my puppy is taken care of in this dog friendly establishment with water bowls and dog treats. With little touches like this it’s easy to see why I waffled on in this review, and gave up some time to write a piece for this great team. Seriously, don’t waste your time looking around for somewhere to buy/ trade your next car. Come to this dealership and enjoy the honesty, great cars, awesome people, and outstanding customer service.
