Dustin is a very personable young man, extremely professional, knows his products, expresses himself very articulately and was extremely accommodating. Dustin included Jacob Balderas in the closing of the deal. Jacob also was the presenter and educator of the Highlander's features, requirements, amenities and general questions that we had.
