Jeff emailed salesman asking if there was anything he could do to help. GENERAL MANAGER emailed back empathizing with our story. We went in and they did their best to work with some numbers to make us happy. General manager came out greeted us. Long story short they put me in a 2018 Toyota. Comfortable car purchase No none sense. When I arrived, and I was several hours late for my appointment with Fred Holmes, the car He wanted to show me was sitting in front of No none sense. When I arrived, and I was several hours late for my appointment with Fred Holmes, the car He wanted to show me was sitting in front of the building for a test drive. He looked at my trade in and after the test drive He had some numbers for me. We had a couple of small issues that were resbyolved quickly and I bought a new car. Working with Eric Sarjeant and Jacob Balderas on purchasing my new Tacoma was a real pleasure. Everything was worked out over the phone, as I traveled over 500 miles to work with them. When I arrived in Indiana, they went out of their way to pick me up from the airport and get me in and out of the dealership quickly as I had a long drive ahead.
