We had arrived at the dealership in mid-afternoon to purchase a used SUV and by early evening, the vehicle was delivered to my home - in Indianapolis! Seriously? I discovered that a small fix was needed to a seat lever - John from the service department had it fixed in 25 minutes the next day! I mean the entire experience was just remarkably efficient, convenient, and professional! I won't forget it. More
