1. My vehicle was not dry and the tech gave me hid towel to dry the outside of my vehicle 2. The detailed kept pushing my vehicle further back in the que and your service rep on duty last Saturday mentioned to dry the outside of my vehicle 2. I had my own windshield wiper fluid already in my reservoir and your techs topped it off with water 4. My review will be posted on Google due to the inconsistency of service along with the inconsideration of mishandling my vehicle. 5. Find technicians who want to work!!! More

From his quick response to my initial inquiry to his communication and support throughout the process, he made the entire experience enjoyable. What stood out most was his follow-through after we took the truck home, personally overseeing the work promised as part of our deal. The dealership delivered on every commitment, and when a taillight issue came up a few weeks later, they offered complimentary installation of the replacement and a goodwill credit to help offset the expense.
