I think we bought the car not only because it was a sharp looking unit of the model we wanted, but because of the ability to extend the warranty thanks to the Cadillac Certification, and because Anthony made the experience enjoyable. Mike Sica was my service rep Who provided me with excellent customer service and because of that all of my service needs where performed at Ed Morse Cadillac. We develop a rapport for about a year and I told him that I would be interested and buying a Cadillac at this dealership. He referred me to an excellent sales rep Michael Brandon. He was very professional and understanding as I explained my wants versus my needs.. it took a few months but we found a ATS that I am very very happy with.
