Good morning my wife and I had a terrible Experience At Ed Morse Cadillac, it started with the communication with Katrina in Internet sales my wife inquired about a vehicle, this was 9 AM Saturday morning Ed Morse Cadillac, it started with the communication with Katrina in Internet sales my wife inquired about a vehicle, this was 9 AM Saturday morning my wife and Katrina proceeded to schedule an appointment at 12 PM Saturday to look at the specific vehicle which fit our price budget we showed up at the dealership as we pulled into the parking lot we got a text from Katrina saying she was not there but we could speak with her sales manager then we were told the The specific vehicle we were looking at was not there it was being delivered to another buyer at this point the sales person proceeded to show us another vehicle that was $5000 more than the vehicle we inquired about if this was the case that the vehicle was not there it was already sold we were lied to this to me is unethical practices I will never buy a vehicle from the dealership or would I ever refer somebody to your dealership More
