Which was great for us because we are self employed, so we are always busy. We was able to do the credit application online, which was short and simple questions. When we arrived at the dealership all we had to do was sign the papers for the truck. I love my new truck and I would definitely recommend them for buying a new or used car. More

Very attentive ,exceptional ! I have purchased cars before at dealerships I am not new to it. I was looking for an xts and I went to many dealerships, and saw an 18 at Ed Morse's t I have purchased cars before at dealerships I am not new to it. I was looking for an xts and I went to many dealerships, and saw an 18 at Ed Morse's that I was very interested in. While doing my research, I found out the only way to buy a Cadillac, is if its certified, and when I went out to the dealership there was a 19 sitting on the lot. I asked about it and within minutes I had the answers I was looking for, the rate, and certified car! Ed Morse was refereed to me by some of my sons customers in his long distance moving business, that have repeatedly purchased new cars from this dealership Ed Morse is top notch ~ the first point of contact was fantastic, the team is very customer orientated; it was Halloween day and they all were dressed . Our finance person Wayne made the financing easy at the rate I was expecting; the whole experience was great. Even walking around the lot looking at things, we asked random employees questions about the cars, one guy at the detail area even ran to get the answer!! All in all, this is a great dealership and this is not the first one I have ever dealt with; I have bought many new vehicles, but the next one I will again travel to Tampa from Orlando to buy from Ed Morse's team!! I love the car! My wife loves the car! And my son who runs an externally high level of service business and is very selective was impressed with the dealership for treating me so well. More

Just the kind of service we needed! My husband and I searched online for a new car after we were in a pretty bad accident. Needless to say, we were eager to find a car quickly and painlessly. We found a XT5 that looked like a good deal and made an appointment to test drive at Ed Morse. Jean greeted us and had the car pulled up front ready to go. Jean was very knowledgeable and just a true pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. We actually left with the plans of test driving another vehicle at a different dealership. Well, we ended up back at Ed Morse the next day and Jean had everything set and organized to make it as easy as possible. Unforeseen reasons ended up with us leaving the dealership without the car on Sunday, but no worries! Jean delivered it to our home the next day with all the necessary paperwork.
