Cheryl has been employed with Ed Morse for over 20 years and in my department with me for almost 8 years and honestly, I do not have customer service issues with her. I did speak with her, and advised, maybe be more particular with her wording. She did honestly say, how what she said could have been taken as sarcasm. I do truly apologize as does she.
