Her reassuring follow through is the very best of customer service. She coordinated all arrangements for car rental and transfer / return to the Toyota dealership for a service check up, She saved me so much time. I can say with certainty that I can count on Rosa to go the extra mile as she masters her responsibilities with ease. Rude, nasty, beligerent staff I was dropping my vehicle off for collision service when I was greeted outside by their receptionist with an attitude. I asked her if she worked there and her response was "do you think I wear this cadillac shirt for fun?" I was looking at her face and did not see the word cadillac on her forehead, thats why I asked her the question. If that's indicative of customer treatment at Ed Morse then I can take my business elsewhere, and I would encourage you to do so too, unless you like abuse. More
