Murray Bruner - absolutely the best` I bought my Cadillac from my local dealer (Autonation Cadillac) and naturally returned to that dealership for service until I could not in good consci I bought my Cadillac from my local dealer (Autonation Cadillac) and naturally returned to that dealership for service until I could not in good conscience use them anymore. The next closest dealer was Del Ray Cadillac, about 25 miles away. My first encounter with Murray at Del Ray Cadillac was extremely positive. He treated my car as if it was his own. I have been back 4 more times for service and each time I am more impressed with Murray. He is knowledgable beyond belief about everything Cadillac. Great service at service department due to Kasey Brought my 2016 CTS V in for front tires, at the time of service I pointed out a defect in my steering wheel to the advisor on hand, he said he couldn Brought my 2016 CTS V in for front tires, at the time of service I pointed out a defect in my steering wheel to the advisor on hand, he said he couldn't help me . He was not the advisor I was set up to meet but he grabbed me coming through the door. Shortly after my advisor Kasey showed up, took my car in for the two front tires that I was purchasing and also took the time to look at my steering wheel and explained to me that yes it is defective and is covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. He then handled the whole situation seamlessly. I will forever go back there and deal with Kasey . Kasey is 5 star service. More
