Have been to the service department twice since purchasing a new truck at the dealership. Neither time have they completed the service in one visit. Wasted a day off for them to tell me what the ch purchasing a new truck at the dealership. Neither time have they completed the service in one visit. Wasted a day off for them to tell me what the check engine light was for after I had already had it diagnosed by another dealer. The appointment was to repair the problem, but hard to do that if they don't order the part, now I have to waste another day off to go back again. More
