I’ve never had such negative experience at a dealership. Broken parts, bolts not reinstalled and a steering issue that almost caused an accident on my way home. When I returned the next day the service manager did not even run a diagnostic test. I another shop fix it, less than an hour to repair. It was a missing nut on the battery bus bar. (The dealership had run a load test on the battery) More
