I was disappointed that the paperwork said my tailgate was missing a screw but they didnt replace it or at least ask me if i wanted them to replace it. Ed Morse was able to get me in for service within a couple days and fixed what I thought was a multiple-day project within one business day. However, I had indicated that I wanted all codes fixed and cleared, so I was disappointed when I started my car and my side sensors were still not operating. Overall, my major issue was fixed in a timely manor and within the price range that my estimate had indicated. I'm happy with the service and communication and would use them again. More
