Took it in for my first oil change . they failed to top off the diesel exhaust fluid and it doesn’t appear that they rotated the tires. When I went to pick it up, the service department they failed to top off the diesel exhaust fluid and it doesn’t appear that they rotated the tires. When I went to pick it up, the service department was closed and nobody could find my keys. I had to drive back over there the next day to get my keys roughly 80 miles.
