Another fantastic experience at Ed Morse Delray Toyota Scion I have bought numerous vehicles both for business and personal use from Ed Morse Delray Toyota in the past. Recently,I recently purchased a 2006 Toy I have bought numerous vehicles both for business and personal use from Ed Morse Delray Toyota in the past. Recently,I recently purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra and as always, my experience with the the Sales and Service staff was impeccable. While in for service on one of my other Toyota vehicles, I mentioned to my service advisor, David Romeo that I was possibly interested in a used vehicle for my business. He immediately took the time to personally take me to a used truck that was on the lot. I have worked with David Romeo for many years in the Service department and as usual, went above and beyond his job duties to show me the vehicle and helped answer questions I had. He then referred me to Jermaine Bell in Sales. Jermaine facilitated the buying process and got me on my way in a timely manner. I have dealt with Jermaine in the past and as always, he appreciated the fact I have a busy schedule and was efficient and professional. More

We were introduced to the Sales Consultant, Frank Paciello. We explained that the car was for me and I began to ask questions about his products. HE REFUSED TO LOOK AT ME (but for a very brief glance) and concentrated on speaking directly to my husband as if I were not even present! I became so annoyed, we left without even driving a vehicle or getting any prices! I honestly do not even think Mr. Paciello was aware of what he had done, but the more I thought about it, the more furious I became, hence this review!!! Immediately upon leaving this dealership, we went across the street and purchased a 2017 Mazda 6 Grand Touring edition from a delightful sales person who made me feel that what I had to say mattered. I direct this to the General Sales Manager when I say, "Please, impress upon your sales people, the importance of eye contact and the fact that chauvinism is unacceptable in today's world! Thank you. Very accommodating They listen to why you are there. Then they get the job done very professional I had purchased windshield wipers the last time I was here for my car c They listen to why you are there. Then they get the job done very professional I had purchased windshield wipers the last time I was here for my car check up. They were streaking the windshield. I told Steve he marked it on the work order. They changed the faulty ones with new windshield wipers at no cost to me. Also a bike hit my rear bumper and left a black mark. Steve said he would look at it. He not only looked at it, but used something to remove most of it. He is a very dedicated worker and is very professional and an asset to your dealership. More
