They asked what my definition of a 'timely fashion' was. I just asked for my car back and left. My time is valuable! That's why I made an appointment for a specific time. I run two businesses. I don't do this to my clients! I don't have time for this kind of customer service. More

Rob Stover is excellent in what he does. He has been nothing but nice and efficient to me as well as other customers. I have never left confused because everything is explained to clearly. I have now purchased my 3rd Hyundai from Ed Voyles Thanks to James Kirklin and Conley Langford (You guys Rock!!!!) for making it happen. Prior to coming to Ed Voyles I was in a place of depression, disg End result of total 'first time brand new' car buying experience......Blessed!!!!! Prior to coming to Ed Voyles I was in a place of depression, disgust, anxiety, frustration....it was bad. I was in a top heavy vehicle that was only a few years old but year after year was costly me drastically and very unexpectedly. When I contacted Ed Voyles I didn't give too much thought in the success of my process because I was shut down prior from the dealership where I purchased my previous vehicle. My expectations of anything working out, or receiving customer service where the salesperson would go out of their way or even the finance manager going out of their way, was a complete surprise for me. From the moment I made my first inquiry Benjamin worked extremely diligent in ensuring that he was going to make something work and I continue to applaud his efforts but at the same time doubt his ability to become successful. One change that I had not experienced in a long time especially with my move down here was when one vehicle didn't work out he was persistent in me not giving up on myself and showing me how I could still have what I wanted without settling for something else. He and Darryl were extremely patient with us to the point that they were the last two employees in the building. This did not alter the exemplary customer service I received. Benjamin could have inquired if we could come back the next day to finish the small things, (tour, answering questions about service, providing the guided tour of the features in my car, or just waiting with us while we transferred the things from the old vehicle to the new one), or what might seem small to anyone else but he didn't, he even waited to pull out the lot until we were pulling out. Overall I was completely amazed by the service I received and the dedicated commitment given to ensure that they would be successful in getting me into my first brand new car. It was an awesome feeling and I must tell you that it will be a month on Monday, April 14th that I drove my car off the lot and the reality of it has still not set in even though I drive it. If you haven't been able to tell from my message I really want to applaud the customer service received by Benjamin Booker and Darryl Nesmith. I would highly recommend and have been recommending Ed Voyles and Benjamin to everyone I meet, seee and talk to. More

Pat made our car buying experience very positive and turned our negative situation into a positive one. Darryl was very friendly and very quick in getting us wrapped up after we selected our vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the future. I anticipated a high pressure negative situation and it ended up being the absolute opposite. We love our 2014 Sonata and thank everyone there for their help!! More

I live in TN, and could have easily bought my car there, but Pat made it well worth my time to make the drive to Atlanta. His low-key, no pressure approach is just what I like in a car salesman, and I feel he is a great asset to Ed Voyles. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat. I spoke to Pat numerous times by phone before buying the car, and he was always patient and responsive. He took his time in explaining all the features of my 2014 Tucson Limited, especially the tech package to a very non-tech customer. Great car buying experience! More
