What frustrated me the most was the scheduling--- it was an AI bot and it wasn't able to get the appointment the day/time I wanted. Also, when I dropped the car off I asked them to be sure they reset my service warning, because they hadn't done that the previous time so my electronic warning started coming on way earlier that it needed to-- didn't match the sticker. The website said there was a 24,000 mile preventative servicing, but when I got to dealership, there service timeline said 20,000 and 30,000. Finally, 3 days after I brought it home I got a 'change your oil NOW' electronic notice with a warning light-- so they didn't reset the service reminders because I looked on my receipt and they listed oil change--- or did they NOT do the oil change?
