Unethical business, flat out lied to me, Very poor cust Serv Finance guy followed me out of the building to tell me again not to refinance for a least a year or I would pay penalties. They are complete sneaks you better know what manufacturers rebates are being offered before you go or they will not give them to you. I had to fight just to get the Jeep manufacturers rebates. I will try to upload a picture of my keys in the near future I was sold a 2015 jeep and on the keys it's clearly labeled 2016. The keys, sale's staff and all the literature said 2016. Buyer's beware!
