I’m female and younger so doing car things is completely not my strong suit. I really can’t thank John enough for making me feel comfortable, trusting, and respected that I am taken care of. I’ve been going to nissan over 3 years now since buying my car and I have never been 100% satisfied with my customer service and service center reps (I have warranty on my car, and one person told me I didn’t when I was in for a service, charged me for a diagnostic fee and told me my services would be for $1,000 when I knew I had warranty he claimed I didn’t. - I am waiting for a refund from this because thanks to John he listened to me and I had proof I did have warranty. Since first coming here I never came back because I did not like the guy who I dealt with, unprofessional and acted like I was someone who didn’t understand anything about cars, which hence I don’t but I do know a little about what I purchased -warranty. I am still waiting for my refund. Long story short I feel like I have missed out on taking care of my car during that time until now because of my first experience and not wanting to come back because I “didn’t have warranty” - therefore, I have also gone somewhere else for oil changes, etc) Long story short, JOHN is amazing and he knows what he is talking about and he knows how to interact with customers of all ages. He calls to update me with services, he helped me figure out my warranty situation, he helped me with getting my struts and alignment taken care of. He recommended which tires to get fo the best deal, he has helped me figure out my oil situation, gas tank and many more problems. After my alignment the first time, my dad was not pleased with the way it felt still, when I came back to nissan I told John how I felt and he listened and did not question me. He drove my car himself to see what I was talking about and insisted it being fixed and agreeing with me (this could have gone many other ways with any other service rep). I will only come to Nissan if John is working and I will call him directly at work to check. I have never been pleased anywhere else and with my dad meeting him (when my battery was completely dead the last time I had a service done when picking my car up, someone came to jump my car and it still didn’t work so John put me into the rental again and said they will work on it, turns out something randomly happened to my battery while being in the shop or from over time. I insisted my dad come with to pick my car up so he could talk to them and meet John. When returning I don’t think he was in anymore so I can’t remember if they met, but again my car was dead upon picking it up. Someone came to jump it and we left. My dad took care of my battery situation and John called me the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. My dad is pleased with how I have been treated and has appreciated that John has been nothing but honest, helping, and not tried to take advantage because I am a girl and younger in anyway like I have been in the past) I just want you guys to know that John is very professional and the best! He really is your number one guy and I will be sad if he ever decided to leave after his work journey is over. I would hope he would recommend me to another service rep to continue my customer service relationship. (Kind it like going to the doctor, continuity of care, goes a long ways and that’s how I like all of my services to be done.) I hope other staff members can see that John really cares about his job and customers and can follow his foot steps in making sure each person is satisfied and well taken care of. Kudos to John and his wonderful customer service. I have never been happier and pleased with my car services. (I am a nurse, so a lot of my customer service situations I deal with remind me of how I would take care of my patients. The continuity of care, loyalty, compassion, professionalism, respect and many more attributes... really go a long ways) Thank you John for making sure everything is taken care of the right way, for being honest and professional, and treating me like any other customer. Gold star reward!!! More
