How could it be better? I have been coming to this dealer for five years ever since purchasing a new Murano. Overall they always do a great job. The question in my mind is how could it be even better. Ideas! Amenities: The waiting lounge always has fresh treats, comfortable seating, TV, cellphone and computer workstation areas. I mix hot cocoa but never can find any small wood mixing sticks. Service time: Everyone wonders when their car will be ready. It would be even better if there was a display that showed what stage your service was at and when it would be done.l Interaction: Some people like to be left alone but others enjoy chatting. Check with Alex, your Sales Associate. He will have some ideas on how everybody could win! What;s the latest from Nissan? More

Entertaining Mark was a lot of fun teasing each other trying to get a great deal, didn't work 100% but we came to a compromise that worked. Recent Service - Car Won't Start Recently as I was going off to work at 7:00 am my car would not start! I had to catch a bus and I could not drive to the 2 miles to get to the stati Recently as I was going off to work at 7:00 am my car would not start! I had to catch a bus and I could not drive to the 2 miles to get to the station. I freaked out as I just started the job. I called Service and spoke to Shannon Rose. She was awesome! She said if I have AAA have them tow it in and I do. She said she will look at it as soon as my son dropped it off. AAA came in 45 minutes. My son was at the dealer for about 45 minutes. It was diagnosed as a failed battery that would not charge. They installed a new one and problem solved. My car was fixed and home by 10:00 AM! :) Your service dept and specifically Shannon deserve recognition for being so responsive and empathetic to my little crisis. :) Please give Shannon and the Tech who fixed my car my sincere thanks and a spot bonus. They deserve it as I am one happy and loyal customer for life as your dealership always goes above and beyond. Please share this with Mark Leuthard and Dan Schmitz too... Thanks so much, Steve More

New (preowned) purchase I give Wally a "10". he was so easy to work with and down to earth. looked out for me with the purchasing experience. The only reason I say 4/5 is because I was there to drop my vehicle off to receive all the protection we purchased, back later to pick it up and then when I got home there was a message saying my license plates were ready. I was there twice that day and had to go back a third time. not a huge deal but a little inconvenient as I was there twice that day. Love my new (preowned) Rogue SV......a fun and very smart vehicle!! More
