I am coming off of a 3 year lease on a 2015 Rogue SV that I got from Eden Prairie Nissan and I couldn't be happier with the car itself, the service I received from Eden Prairie Nissan over the years and my experience with Kirk Rose in getting into a new 3 year lease on a 2018 Nissan Rogue. Due to my schedule, I am difficult to reach and have very little time to dedicate to the car buying/leasing process. Kirk picked up this and did all the research and front end work to provide me with lease term options, package options, pricing and all that I needed and asked for in a way that was thorough, knowledgable and timely without pressuring me in any way. Great experience! We were looking to turn in our lease early and buy a small SUV to better accomodate our needs with a 10 month old. There were several gentleman who worked very hard for several hours on getting our loan approved THAT NIGHT. Phil was our main point of contact and he was wonderful to work with! He understood our situation and seemed to genuinely care about our wants and needs. I have worked with other salespeople at this location in the past but will be asking for Phil in the future. We left with exactly what we came for that evening and are very pleased! Huge thank you to all the people who helped in the process! More
