DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER Do not, under any circumstances, by a vehicle from this location, especially from Dario in Sales. They sold me an Audi A7 with over $5,000 in cosmetic Do not, under any circumstances, by a vehicle from this location, especially from Dario in Sales. They sold me an Audi A7 with over $5,000 in cosmetic damage, which during the repairs, led to me finding out it had another $10,000 in accident damage and corrosion. The vehicle was in a horrible accident, that wasn’t disclosed by Dario Albarron or the dealer, and was confirmed by my local Audi dealer that there was no possible way that if they did a check or “150 point” inspection on the car that it wouldn’t have been found. Add in the car needed brand new breaks and rotors because they were rotted out, and that the fuel tank needed to be replaced and we-re talking about spending half the cars listed value on just repairs. Adding to that is the further incompetence of their staff. Cynthia Cox has absolutely no idea how to read or register vehicles in any state, especially CA. I’ve spent several weeks attempting to get a second smog check that I didn’t even need because she didn’t realize the documents she sent me had to do with an emissions sticker and that she used an old form to fill them out. All she had to do was use the new form and I would’ve been fine, but they pestered me for a smog check while the car was getting repairs for undisclosed damages and accident. Thankfully there’s good lawyers out there and a “150 point inspection” that has details of what you look at goes a long way when not disclosing safety issues like rotted breaks to a buyer. It’s going to be a fun time screwing back these jerk offs. More

Liked vehicle so sat down with salesman to get an out the door price. Figured it would be $3000 to $3500. I was presented with a price in excess of $33,000.00! In addition to the norm fees such as tax tags and documentation fees, there were other miscellaneous fees added in, to take price of vehicle up by over $8,000.00. No mention of any of these fees in dealers ads or by any staff prior to give me a heads up. Dealer takes pride, it seems in advertising they are a hassel free dealership and provides best possible price to its customers but they fail to inform you about all their added expenses in advance. Not good customer service to me! In addition, vehicle tires were worn uneven and brakes needed attention. So being the hassle free dealer they claim to be, manager provided me with a quote of $1340.00, in addition to the $8000.00 in fees, to replace them. Guess they thought it was good customer service! I thought good customer service was a vehicle being sold that was not in need of repair. Use caution when buying from this dealer. More
