Been a customer for over 10yrs@ Edwards Chevrolet Downtown. Recently traded in my car for something else.. Thought about the car deal& the fact my son doesn't even fit in the car. Read over the contract and saw the company doesn't allow you to change your mind. Unless management approved. Contact management explain my situation with the car. Use car mangers said no I can't bring the car back. But they can take something off my monthly payments. But by doing that some of the warranty will go away! Ummm no thanks.. So I got a suck deal all around with Edwards Chevrolet Downtown.. Used car mangers I spoke with Justin and Brandon both not helpful at all! And finally I only had the car for like 48hrs when I contacted used car mangers. More
