Their own internal testing supported the failure to perform as promise Brought in 2012 iMeiv, per warranty the car was not performing to expectations. Their own internal testing supported the failure to perform as promised, yet took position all was 'acceptable '. A long standing position for a company already challenged with being truthful about their vehicles mileage ratings. Will now be involved in litigation due to this failure to honor vehicle warranty and act in an ethical manner. More
