No communication. I was promised to be kept updated on the progress. Not once. I never spoke to my advisor until I called 2 days later because the problem reappeared. I don't know who Peter Nieves is so have a neutral 3. But overall the front desk person was rude and gave be bad information that required follow up afterwards even though I was there in person. To cancel something I had to go in person which is just ridiculous and they said it could take up to 6 weeks to process when it took less than 24hrs to sign up. To me it comes across as shady/duplicitous as you get an extra month an a half of payment from me without me having access to the service. I will share this experience with friends and colleagues looking for new vehicles. More
Service completed all services as requested.
