Went in for mile scheduled oil change and tires rotation. Had a ticking sound. Quiklane thought it was a lifter. I went to svc to see if the warranty covered it. Dan told me I would need a replacement motor. Had a ticking sound. Quiklane thought it was a lifter. I went to svc to see if the warranty covered it. Dan told me I would need a replacement motor. After a month of being there and not being covered by warranty. I took the car to another mechanic. The issue: a loose spark plug. Issue solved within 1 hr. It's absolutely disgusting that svc never confirmed that the lifter was actually bad and just assumed based on quiklanes opinion, especially on such a major repair. More

It was the worst experience. Drove 12 hrs to get the van I purchased to find out it had issues that weren't listed.
