The day after I wrote a 1-star review, I got a call from Elder Ford. I had to push hard for the refund of a bad diagnostic report. Mr. Ziegler told me in essence that my A/C compressor is probably damaged ( Elder Ford. I had to push hard for the refund of a bad diagnostic report. Mr. Ziegler told me in essence that my A/C compressor is probably damaged (though it is still working fine 6 months later), and that their diagnostics include all likely problems. So, beware, because these are suggestions, I suppose. I received a check in the mail 10 days later. He also asked that I write another review, so here it is. More
