Right off the bat, our salesman William was/is fantastic! I walked in knowing which trucks I was interested in and mentioned we wanted to be and out as quick as possible. He was organized, professional and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He met my requests and was able to get me the truck I wanted for the price I wanted being on top of things through the whole process making sure to get us out as quickly as possible (on a busy Saturday, Mind you) so I have to say I am very happy with the service provided, not only as a salesman but as another father and vehicle enthusiast as well that I enjoyed small talking with during the whole process. Made me feel right at home (as did my wife and daughter which is even more important!) The only area I do feel needs some improvement would be the finance department, as it was not quite on par with how many dealers operate these days making pricing and additions transparent as they should be. I believe some additional training on using a better approach to their process would be extremely beneficial for them and their customers. Because of that process, I did run into a few issues that I noticed after the purchase, however the Assistant General Manager Baird called me promptly and was able to resolve any issues or concerns I had which proves their commitment to true customer service and making sure the customer is happy, even after the sale! Both him, and our sales person William, have truly proved to me what customer service really is and that it still exists out there. Ultimately, I do hope that the feedback I provided to management on the issue I had with the pricing confusions help the dealer improve in those areas to provide an even better experience for all customers. With all all that said, I will absolutely be referring my family and friends to them and be purchasing from them again in the future myself and hope to work with William and Baird again on my next purchase. Thank you Will and Baird from not only myself, but my wife and my daughter! We love our new truck! More

Run Away and Do Not Have any interactions with this dealership!!!… I took my vehicle in for a Ford Service Recall and was told they fixed the issue. As I pulled out of the dealership, the issue was not dealership!!!… I took my vehicle in for a Ford Service Recall and was told they fixed the issue. As I pulled out of the dealership, the issue was not fixed and the service department promptly told me that it would cost $189.95 to “diagnose” what they just fixed and that whatever the problem was would cost $150.00 per hour in labor plus the price of parts. On top of that, the repair they did under recall only caused further problems, in which I had to pay more money to my local mechanic to properly diagnose and fix. I will not be using or having any further interactions with this dealership until new management is established and takes ownership of their faulty work practices!!!!!!!!! More
