This dealership is great for upselling customers into purchasing things that they don't need for their vehicle. I left this dealship feeling uneasy and went to my dealship that I normally have service m purchasing things that they don't need for their vehicle. I left this dealship feeling uneasy and went to my dealship that I normally have service my vehicle and was advised that the list of item that I was told that was needed to be done on my vehicle actually didn't need to be done. Also I had recently (2 days prior)went to my Ford dealship and had a service check done on my car and was never advised that any of the things that this current dealship Elder Ford. As a customer I would trust that both dealership would have record of each other work but they don't for some reason. I called my service adviser to let them know that I was still having problems and never received a call back. More
