Ridiculous $179 diagnostic fee when Told the manager problem. Unfriendly Manager could not give me the price of installation of the window motor. So I went someplace else And got the service done for le problem. Unfriendly Manager could not give me the price of installation of the window motor. I guess Kenny Neal Ford later Hatfield Ford,where I got the car spoiled me, because they always would give me a price and fix the car without all this diagnostic fee crap. Luckily my dad taught me something about vehicles, and I feel sorry for people who no nothing about vehicle repair, for they are at the mercy of people like the service manager. I am assuming that these people work on some kind of a commission?We had gotten some of our maintenance done at Elder Ford but we won’t be back. Nor will I’d be purchasing my next Ford at that dealer. More

Elder was great from start to finish! The sales people were not pushy or annoying and were very easy to work with. Eli greeted me at the door and the whole process was actually enjoyable.
