I don't feel this dealership cares. I purchased a vehicle demo unseen. I traded in my old car. Which I had to leave at dealership so I was left carless. I was told the car I was purchasing only had 124 Miles on it.. When it was delivered it had over 4,000 miles on it. I was told my New Vehicle would be delivered at 11a.m. the following day. I was not notified of any delays. I waited over an hour . Then I had to called into the dealership to find out what the problem. . MY CAR WAS NOT DELIVERED UNTIL 5p.m. I was left carless all day. I am a caregiver for my Father and needed to pick up his medications. AND HAD NO WAY OF DOING SO. Also owners manual and door code missing from glove box. I have owned Ford cards for the last 20 yours. When you buy a new car you should feel excited. However there lack of care for there customers took that away. To bad because I was in the market for a second vehicle in which I ended up purchasing from another dealer. More

I was leaving on a trip the next day and, wouldn’t you know it, a tire pressure sensor warning came on!
